This 55-minute yoga practice focuses on David Swenson's "Short Forms" DVD, which includes three specially designed practices (15, 30 and 45 min.) aimed at helping to fit yoga into a busy lifestyle. We will do the 45-minute Ashtanga practice, plus the 10-minute deep relaxation.
About BWML's Community Yoga Practice
All ages, abilities and experience levels are invited to build a personal home yoga practice while checking out the variety of free library resources available to help guide you. As a community of yogis, we focus on a different yoga instructor's DVD or CD during each session. Soak up the support of the local yoga community while absorbing the teaching of some of the world's most esteemed yogis projected on the big screen and/or the surround sound in Library Hall. Work at your own pace throughout each session.
