Are you new to Medicare? Need a refresher?

With so many seniors across the country turning 65 (nearly 10,000 per day!) and with increasing confusion about health care, licensed Medicare counselor  Betsy Packer offers an overview of  Medicare: Part A:  Hospital, Part B; Medical, Part D is for Prescription Drugs. 

The evening includes a Q&A, where Betsy will be available to help answer all your questions regarding the navigation of Medicare.

About the speaker
For the past three years Betsy Packer has worked for the Routt County Council on Aging and the Department of Regulatory Agencies as a SHIP Counselor, Medicare Navigator and Medicare Fraud Counselor. SHIP is the Senior Health Insurance Assistance Program, part of a national network of programs that offer free, confidential counseling and assistance for people with Medicare.  As a retired educator, with a B.S in Sociology, Betsy has been able to use her many talents to provide education to seniors and their families on Medicare.
