Learn how to determine what changes you need to make to achieve the life you want, how to build the confidence you need to make changes and pursue your goals, and ways to care for yourself as a busy and balanced working parent.

About the speaker
Jenny Lewis, CPC, MA, is a Certified Professional Life Coach. Her specialty is helping parents transition successfully into the work and life situations that help them achieve their ideal work/family balance. She draws on decades of experience as an educator, as well as her own experience with every possible combination of working full or part-time in or outside the home. She is the mother of two and owner of New Frontiers Life Coaching.
