Community Yoga Practice: Exhale & Unwind

This 44-minute practice focuses on Janet Stone's 7-day Bali Series. This opening session is a practice of unwinding: "If left unchecked, the amount of toxins we carry in our emotional, mental, and physical bodies begins to obstruct us. In this sequence we focus on emptying the breath, emptying our old stories and wringing out old waste in body, thoughts and actions."
About BWML's Community Yoga Practice
All ages, abilities and experience levels are invited to build a personal home yoga practice while checking out the variety of free library resources available to help guide you. As a community of yogis, we focus on a different yoga instructor's DVD or CD during each session. Soak up the support of the local yoga community while absorbing the teaching of some of the world's most esteemed yogis projected on the big screen and/or the surround sound in Library Hall. Work at your own pace throughout each session.
