Chess for Kids at the Library

Young chess players of any level are welcome to come learn and play chess with other kids on Saturday mornings.

Kids ages 8 and up are welcome to come learn and play chess with other kids every Saturday from 9:15-10:15 am. Parents are encouraged to attend but not required to be there. This free program will be a progressive class led by local chess enthusiast and instructor, Wyatt Wilson. Young chess players of any level may start and learn from the beginning or drop-in anytime they want. Chess sets and pieces will be provided by the library.
