Beginning readers ages 5-9 are paired with trained volunteers ages 10-17 to read together at the library during the summer. A free book isawarded to younger children, and community service hours awarded to older children, who read with their Book Pal for four 40-minute sessions during the summer. Register online (form below) or at the Children's desk until June 30.
All Book Pals can fill out the Registration Form below and hand it in to the Kids' Desk or email it to the Children's Librarian.

Teen Project Room Attend a fun "first-timers" older Book Pal Training. We'll go over your Training Booklet, get to know each other, and have a little snack. Book Pals is a fun, free program to encourage the shared passion of reading.
