Seven million years ago Hawaii rose from the sea a volcanic wasteland. How these islands transformed themselves into paradise is a story that defies the odds and challenges our expectations. Take an untamed journey to Hawaii, a place that through an alchemy of fire, ice and water has become an experiment in creation. Wild Hawaii shows you the other side of Hawaii -- the WILD side. From red hot lava to icy peaks and massive waves; take a look as the way sea turtles, cliff-climbing fish, hawks and others have adapted to thrive in this incredible, unique place.
