September Genealogy Club Meeting
Place:
Conference Room - Administration Wing How can military records help genealogy researchers? Of course you can learn the full name, date of birth, and rank of service personnel. You may also learn the names of parents, spouse and heirs. A unit history may document the life of an ancestor who left few footprints. Personal diaries of the members of the service can provide clues to their experiences and day-to-day life. Join us for our monthly Genealogy Club Meeting on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 9:30 am in the Library Conference Room at Bud Werner Memorial Library. Expert genealogist Pat Roberts will open the door to using military records for your research. All are welcome to this free event.
Summer Break - No meeting in August
