Succession - Retirement - Estate Planning

Have you formalized your succession, retirement, and estate plans? You spent your lifetime building your Legacy and a successful business. Now is the time to plan how to transfer that business to the next generation, plan your retirement, and formalize your estate plan.

A written plan should include rules and procedures in order to avoid tensions; a timeline for succession that details the owner’s reduced participation and the successor’s expanding roles and responsibilities; and a description of leadership and skills. This workshop is designed to provide needed resources and answer your questions.

Who Should Attend?
Everyone interested in learning more about transferring your farm, ranch or business to the next generation; planning for retirement; and formalizing your estate plans.
