Chakras are centers of subtle energies in the pranic body. They are the switches that turn on and open specific levels of the mind. In this lecture, learn the physical locations of the chakras and their trigger points, visualization of color and symbol, basic psychology and their relation to the elements.

The session ends with a chakra meditation.
