Stronger muscles, greater flexibility, injury-healing...that's Essentrics!

Known as Classical Stretch on PBS for 15 years, this combination of yoga, tai chi and ballet is now offered in Steamboat. Join Certified Essentrics Instructor and Certified Herbalist Susan Mead for a free 30-minute Express Essentrics Class followed by a Q&A on "Spring Detoxing, The Gentle Way." (The Q&A will start at approximately 12:30 p.m.)

About the teacher
After spending the first 20 years of her career in the business world, Susan E. Mead, M.H. became a health coach and certified herbalist in 1996. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, has been a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2000 and is a Certified Essentrics Instructor. Susan’s first book, Take Back Your Body was published in 2009 and she's been a volunteer with Courtesy Ski Patrol since 2007.
