Join Certified Essentrics Instructor and Certified Herbalist Susan Mead for a free 30-minute Express Essentrics Class followed by a Q&A on "Spring Detoxing, The Gentle Way." (The Q&A will start at approximately 12:30 p.m.)
About the teacher
After spending the first 20 years of her career in the business world, Susan E. Mead, M.H. became a health coach and certified herbalist in 1996. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, has been a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2000 and is a Certified Essentrics Instructor. Susan’s first book, Take Back Your Body was published in 2009 and she's been a volunteer with Courtesy Ski Patrol since 2007.
