Book an hour with a Bud Werner Memorial Library staff member to assist you with getting started downloading books, videos, and music from the library's website. Though staff are not information technology experts, we do have hundreds of hours of experience assisting people with accessing the Library's eBook and audiobook collections.

If you seek assistance with library downloads we ask that you:

  • Bring your laptop and a power cord.
  • Bring the devices onto which you want to download titles and connective cords
  • Any information, error messages, etc. you may have encountered while downloading titles on your own

Please note that although we are willing to troubleshoot over the phone, it is very difficult to assist people remotely.

  • Tuesdays: 2:30-3:30
  • Wednesdays: 11-12
  • Thursdays: 2:30-3:30
  • Saturdays: 11-12
