Peanut Butter Squares
4 large eggs
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup milk
1 (18 ounce) jar creamy peanut butter
1 (12-ounce) package milk chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a jelly-roll pan. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer in a large bowl. Stir the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a separate bowl.
Add the milk and dry ingrediaents alternately to the creamed mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Spread the peanut butter on top of the hot cake immediately. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes (until the peanut butter is not tacky). Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan or microwave. Spread on top of the cooled cake and cut into squares.
