Chocolate Tofu Pie
12-13 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 C. coffee liquor or whatever liquor you would like
1 t. vanilla
1 lb. silken tofu
1 T. honey
store bought crust (Alton Brown used a chocolate crust, I used a graham cracker crust)
Melt chocolate chips either by microwave or stove top double boiler method.
Stir in vanilla. Combine tofu, chocolate, liquor, and honey in food processor. Pour into crust and refrigerate for at least two hours.
